Can I get a quotation to pass to a colleague or my committee?

Yes, please simply contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a full written quotation.

How can I pay for my order?

You can simply checkout and pay using credit/debit card or if you require a pro forma invoice simply go through the checkout procedure and then select “Request invoice for payment by bacs” from the drop down menu. We’ll email you the invoice pronto.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Delivery is normally 2-3 working days.
If you require a faster delivery please contact us as we can often arrange things faster.
We like to keep our delivery charges simple. Please see our UK charges below.
Delivery will be automatically added at checkout.
Exceptions to these charges include Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight) Please contact us if you’re lucky enough to live in these areas.
We also deliver to Republic of Ireland & Europe Mainland.

Can I collect my purchase?

Some of our products are available for collection in person. Please contact us to discuss if you’d prefer to collect your order.

Can I see the items on your site in real life?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible we don’t have a showroom.
You are welcome to order a sample – please contact us if you require a sample.

What delivery services do you offer?

Our standard delivery service is 2-3 working days via Pallet Service.
Smaller orders are shipped via TNT.
We are able to arrange next day delivery if required for a small additional premium so please contact us if your order is urgent.

Is your stock held in the UK?

Yes, we keep large stocks in the UK. We also advance order special orders on lead times as required.

If items are out of stock can I advance order?

Yes, we often take advance orders. We can raise an invoice so that you may place a small deposit, this then allows us to reserve stock for you. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date prior to your deposit being placed.

We are open between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri

Are you vat registered?

Yes, we are vat registered and as such have to add vat to all products and services that we offer.
This will be added at checkout and you will also receive a vat invoice for your accounting purposes.
If you have a vat registered company registered in an EC country other than the UK and can supply us with your relevant vat registration number we are able to take the vat off of your invoice. Please contact us to discuss this.
